There's a clutter of stuff everywhere, including a half-finished sweater, knitting needles, and yarn haphazardly left atop the coffee table. Beside those items is a tray holding a jug of water, a teapot, a bottle of wine, a glass, and some biscuits.
She gestures vaguely toward the sitting area for him to help himself, but she remains standing by the door to examine what he's brought her. She's not worried about the binding falling apart. He's good at what he does, despite his utter dislike for it. All the same, she's taking precautions. Her door's made of ash wood — a portal ready to be activated at a moment's notice, if necessary. ]

I went there, I found the shrine which had a thousand B-movie horror vibes so thanks for that, I broke open the bigger statue and that was inside it. I brought it straight here after I messaged you.

What Neal did know was that the figurine radiated a nasty, sickly energy. It reminded Neal too much of the Dark One's curse, and his magic, and that's why he was keen to have it gone as soon as possible. ]

[ She carefully puts the figurine back into the bag, then she wanders off to a corner of the house to open some sort of antique-looking chest with runic carvings and place the bag inside it. The nasty energy should dissipate, though it doesn't disappear entirely, like the smell of cigarette smoke clinging to walls.
She picks up something that looks like a crystal ball and slides it between her palms. After a moment, the clear rock starts to turn opaque. Only when it doesn't get any more clouded does she approach him, holding out the ball for him to take. ]
To cleanse yourself of the bad juju.
